Annual Report of the legislation and administrator Affairs Unit

Administrator Affairs Unit was founded in 2005 according to the Executive Order number 338 on 21/11/2005 to accommodate the new developments in the University of the Technology which declare a new plan to segregate their scientific departments in a way to be equal in their skeleton to any college of engineering or college of science thereof an Administrative Affairs Unit has Transferred their jurisdiction from the Headquarter of the University to departmental jurisdiction to include the following:

  1. Issuing Executive orders of rewarding the employees 3 months leaves.
  2. Issuing Executive orders to nominee new applications.
  3. Issuing executive orders for rewarding female's employees' motherhood absence.

The skeleton of the legislation and administrative Affairs Unit in the department include the following positions:

  1. Manager who is responsible to role out his employees to organize the legislations and administrations aspects in the department.
  2. Secretary Unit: responsible for organizing the inward mails and printing the response letters, archiving, following up, organizing the archive, handling and updating the absence leaves of all department's employees.
  3. Employee responsible to update the information on the status of each employee via Employee System software which prepared and used to archive and update specific information.
  4. Employee responsible on updating the Archive System by feeding in all the required information and in synchronizing with the Information Technology Centre by archiving all the files of all department's employees with the help of a software so the Unit  can preserve those information and make use of it.
  5. Employee responsible to organize cards for every staff members and department's employees.
  6. Employee responsible on legislations and laws which covers the following:

-Writing hearing sessions of the investigation committees.

-Following up all the legislation affairs in the department.

-Checking up all the papers that justified from justice of peace and confirms its legality.
