Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghaban, the Student Activities Department at the university held a (poetry thesis) competition, in which the student and poet (Zakaria Juma Taha) from the Department of Chemical Engineering won first place. On the sidelines of the competition, certificates of appreciation and the competition prize were presented to the student by the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Professor Dr. Khaled Ajami Sukkar, in the presence of the Director of the Student Activities Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Amin Thanoun Ahmed, the Assistant Director of the Student Activities Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Imad Jassim Hashem, and the Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Farqad Atta, Director. Student Activities Unit in the Department of Chemical Engineering.
