The Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Technology participated in the first conference of the Industrial Advisory Council in Iraqi Universities, which was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, on Wednesday, 11/1/2023, where Prof. Dr. Khaled Ajami Sukkar, Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, is part of the University of Technology delegation participating in the conference. This conference is held in order to build a strong and sustainable partnership between governmental and academic institutions, the private sector and professional unions, to achieve the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in supporting the private sector, developing skills, and reducing... Unemployment rates among graduates. It is worth noting that the University of Technology and the Department of Chemical Engineering have established large scientific partnerships with the productive and industrial sectors to enhance the work of industrial advisory councils in order to provide job opportunities for graduates.
